Reservations and Payments

Registration

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your place on the retreat. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement date of your retreat. Retreats will take place subject to a minimum of 8 parties having registered.

In order to confirm your place in the retreat, we require you to send us a completed and signed Registration Form (see below).

Paying your deposit by credit card

A completed and signed Registration Form (see above) is required no later than 10 business days after paying a deposit by credit card.

Paying the balance amount

After paying your deposit in full, you may pay the balance by check or credit card. The full balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement date of your retreat.

Tour Price Does Not Include:

International airfare to/from the country of the retreat, passport and visa fees, medical and travel insurance, airport taxes, excess baggage charges, food and beverages not included in the itinerary including all alcoholic beverages throughout the tour, tips to drivers or local guides and items of a personal nature, including laundry and telephone calls.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Deposits and final payments are fully refundable, less a $200 per person handling charge, if written notice of cancellation is received by Yoga Awakenings 30 days or more before departure.

Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are subject to forfeiture of all money paid unless the tour is full and the space can be resold (in which case $200 handling fee would apply and any balance amount would be refunded to yourself).

Yoga Awakenings reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason and in such case the entire payment will be refunded without penalty or handling fee or any further obligation on our part.

Travel Insurance:

Yoga Awakenings strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel and medical insurance. It protects you against financial losses that would be incurred in the event of a last minute cancellation, trip interruption, illness, injury or death of you, a family member or traveling companion. Yoga Awakenings does not offer this insurance but can help you find a company that does.

Travel Documents:

All travellers must carry a valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of entry into the country where the retreat is held.

It is the responsibility of the traveller to gain all visas and permits required for entry into the country of the retreat. Please contact an embassy or consulate of that country for information on entry requirements.
